Role of Project Masters' Onsite Mentor/Coach

1. Conduct an assessment of your organizational goals, personnel proficiencies, and a thorough review of ongoing projects
   • Evaluate the current status of all ongoing projects with respect to scope, schedule, and budget
   • Evaluate the current level and methods used for project reporting
   • Evaluate the status of all project deliverables and milestones
     
     
2. Develop an efficient, formalized Project Reporting System
   • Implement a project "dashboard"
   • Establish a system that allows for efficient and effective reporting on project timeframes
   • Implement an "Issues Management" System
   • Establish a system that facilitates escalation of project issues and concerns
     
     
3. Provide ongoing training and reinforcement of agreed-upon performance objectives
   
   
4. Assist your organization with the development and institutionalization of a standardized, tailored Project Management Process
   
   
5. Report to executive management on progress of trainees
