Project Masters' Senior Consultants conduct a number of Facilitation Processes to assist clients in bringing needed change to their organizations.

Our Facilitation Services consist of dialoguing with individuals (or groups) to accomplish the following:

• Clarify and explicate the client's needs
• Develop strategies and tactics to accomplish the client's goals and objectives
• Generate project plans to guide implementation of change processes
• Assist with tracking progress and respond to challenges as the changes are implemented

Our Facilitation Services differ from our normal Consulting Services in that they are conducted at a "higher" or "deeper" level of the organization (i.e., they are at the request of the organization's President, CEO, CFO, or Upper-Level Directors – instead of at the Project Manager or Project Lead level of the organization.).

Facilitation services also differ in the methods used and the complexity and intensity of communication involved. The facilitation of large-scale, organizational change efforts involves bringing to bear paradigms, models, techniques and methodologies from a very diverse group of industries, professions and academic disciplines. Together, these maximize the probability that the desired changes are clearly understood by all parties and concomitant changes in individual and organizational behaviors are, indeed, brought about and sustained.

The particular methods Project Masters uses are determined by the client's needs and the culture of the organization involved. The framework to be utilized in a given case is negotiated between the facilitator and the client. Tools and methods are then selected from the areas and disciplines of Organizational Psychology, Sociology and Socio-Linguistics, Systems Theory, Soft Systems Methodology, Six Sigma, ISO-Frameworks, CMM-Frameworks, Project Management, or other fields and disciplines as necessary.

A coherent methodology is developed applying the selected tools and methods, and fully agreed upon prior to its use to implement the change process. Measurement and evaluation methods and tools are also developed to determine whether the desired changes are occurring, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the changes in accomplishing the client's stated goals and objectives. Ongoing, as well as post-implementation, assessments are performed to ensure the changes in individual and organizational behavior are generating desired outcomes.
