  • Facilitate the planning and integration of multidisciplinary departments toward the development of strategic and operational plans
  • Determine quantitative success factors in terms of revenue, profit, innovation or market share
  • Develop, implement and coordinate the integrated plans, controls and resources for achieving the stated business objectives
  • Provide executive and management reports, highlighting critical decisions, key assignments and essential deadlines

Construction Project Scheduling & Controls

  • Employ a systematic schedule control process, which creates a formalized flow of project information in a timely and effective manner
  • Create standard templates for similar projects
  • Create a comprehensive plan for each project
  • Maintain material status logs, which identify critical dates regarding the submittal, approval, fabrication and delivery of project materials
  • Track action items and risks associated with each project
  • Provide on-site activity-coordination meetings with the key participants to review actual versus planned progress
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports to formally document revisions to plans developed at the progress meetings
