Through an in-depth assessment

is, interviewing from top management down to the general
worker. In addition, an analysis of documents used to support
your business direction, organization and communication
will be provided. Additionally, observation or participation
in typical work, planning or decision-making processes
is conducted to gain greater insight into your organization.
