One-to-one interviews are conducted with key stakeholders such as project board members, the project sponsor, project managers, program manager, key project team members, project support officers and business managers. One-to-one interviews and documentation / process reviews examine the adequacy of the various processes, procedures, plans specifications, etc. to deliver success. Our focus is on how the portfolio, program or project can be recovered to deliver true customer benefits a cost effective manner.

Step 2: A detailed report identifying our findings and implement prioritized recommendations is presented. We will work with you to strategize ways to recommendations and create the best action plan for your organization.

Step 3: We prepare a detailed recovery plan that defines what has to be done, by when and who will do it.

Step 4: Project Masters' rescue team works with your organization to implement the agreed upon recovery plan.
