Mary Ann Masur has twenty years of diversified
experience in management and team coordination as a commercial
real estate professional. She focuses on leadership, motivation,
sales, marketing and customer service. Mary Ann also coaches
individuals and executives for business and personal development.
Mary Ann is a graduate of the
Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership Program and the
Leadership for Extraordinary Performance program at the
Darden School of the University of Virginia. In 2000, The
Daily Record honored Mary Ann as one of Maryland's Top
100 Women. She graduated from Louisiana State University,
summa cum laude, with a degree in speech communications.
Mary Ann is a professional coach and is certified in the
DISC behavioral assessment, the Disney Approach to Quality
Service program and as a
"To Lead is to Serve" seminar leader in the principles
of volunteer motivation. She also is a trainer for the
Outward Bound Professional Program.
