Project Masters is a women owned company.  April is president and founder of Project Masters and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years Project Management experience in a variety of industries.  She has extensive experience in software engineering, systems engineering, training and quality management.  She earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems, and a BS with concentration in Computer Science, both from the Binghamton State University of New York.  She is past President of the Project Management Institute, Baltimore Chapter and a board member of the Charter/Global Registered Education Providers for the Project Management Institute.

April has developed processes and procedures to set-up project management offices (PMO).  She has analyzed and recommended the project management software tools, which work the best for the types of projects managed.

She has trained Project Managers in how to use the processes, procedures and software tools, which Project Masters has helped implement.She has extensive consultative experience in Project Management consulting, training, organizational development, facilitation, and auditing. She consults with senior management regarding the design, implementation, training and reengineering of project management within organizations.

SBA’s 8(m) Program

Non competitive contracts, under the 8(m) program, offer benefits for the federal customer and Project Masters. Federal customers benefit by being able to quickly access needed services using a streamlined procurement process. This significantly lowers overhead costs associated with obtaining contracted services. This streamlined procurement vehicle benefits Project Masters and federal customers by enabling us to engage in business development activities that are effective and efficient.  Project Masters can contract on a non competitive basis, with any federal agency for any task that is valued at or below $3 million dollars.
