- Facilitate the planning and integration of multidisciplinary departments toward the development of strategic and operational plans
- Determine quantitative success factors in terms of revenue, profit, innovation or market share
- Develop, implement and coordinate the integrated plans, controls and resources for achieving the stated business objectives
- Provide executive and management reports, highlighting critical decisions, key assignments and essential deadlines
Construction Project Scheduling & Controls
- Employ a systematic schedule control process, which creates a formalized flow of project information in a timely and effective manner
- Create standard templates for similar projects
- Create a comprehensive plan for each project
- Maintain material status logs, which identify critical dates regarding the submittal, approval, fabrication and delivery of project materials
- Track action items and risks associated with each project
- Provide on-site activity-coordination meetings with the key participants to review actual versus planned progress
- Provide comprehensive progress reports to formally document revisions to plans developed at the progress meetings
