3.0 Management by Walkaround (MBWA)

  • Discover the importance of using MBWA
  • Learn how to use MBWA

4.0 Communication Dimensions

  • Learn influence methods a manager has within project team
  • Learn the types of authority a manager has depending on the type of organizational structure
  • Learn the communication skills required to be a great manager
  • Discuss the different dimensions of communication such as written, oral, listening, and speaking

5.0 Effective Meeting Skills
