This course describes best practice techniques that allow business analysts to effectively develop and execute a plan to analyze processes in private, public and non-profit organizations. It identifies key foundational documents and a business analysis methodology necessary to improve organizational performance. This course can be presented in a 3-day workshop format. In addition to the information presented in the 1-day format, the workshop uses exercises and a threaded case study to reinforce lessons.
