Course Description

PMP  Refresher Course

Two-Day Seminar Program Number: PMPREF PDUs: 12

Course Objectives:

Students in this Two-day class have already taken a formal PMP® preparation course and are intending to take the PMP® exam. Since it has been over six months since the PMP® course was completed, the purpose of the two-day PMP® Refresher course is to provide the students with the information necessary to take and pass the PMP® exam. The class will include an overview of the material covered in the Project Masters 5 Day PMP® course, a pre-class PMP® assessment test and a one hour practice test at the end of the each day, using test questions and answers provided by Project Masters. The assumption that Project Masters makes for this course is that the participants, after having completed formal PMP® Certification Training, have studied the PMBOK® Guide and worked the Study Guides. The two day class will focus on areas identified as challenges from the pre-assessment test, review the nine Knowledge areas covered by the PMP® exam, have discussions of solutions in the content of PMI methodology and be given hands on practice tests and post-test discussions.
