We care about our clients’ success, that’s true. But Project Masters also cares about our community, our country, and our world. Here are some of the things that we are doing to be a force for positive change.
April Wennerberg has served at the local chapter of the Project Management Institute since its inception. She has previously served as the chapter’s president and in other capacities. Currently, she volunteers her time and expertise by teaching courses for the chapter’s professional development events. April feels that it is important for Project Masters to give back to the professional community of which it is a part and to assist those who are striving to join or grow in that community.
Project Masters is a supporter and April Wennerberg serves as the Project Management Training Director for the National Resource Society for Women Veterans. To give back to women who have sacrificed to serve our country in the military, Project Masters offers select tuition-free courses and discounted rates on other courses. April Wennerberg is an advocate for education, including for those in disadvantaged countries. As a reflection of this, she supports the education of a child in Haiti through Gospel Haiti. This organization is notable due to the level of excellence that they are striving for on behalf of their students as well as their philosophy of partnering with parents to promote ownership and responsibility of their children’s education.
