We will ensure only those people authorized to request a change will be allowed to submit those changes. Project Masters will develop a matrix to clearly show who is able to authorize a change, based on agreed upon parameters.
Regarding scope verification and formalized acceptance of a project, Project Masters believes no project is complete until the customer is satisfied. By managing an integrated project plan, we can clearly see what objectives have been met and what objectives still need to be completed.
